For ours, I made:<BR/><BR/>-Roulades of turkey breast with porcini mushroom stuffing and marsala wine sauce;<BR/><BR/>-Spinach salad with a warm prosciutto, fig dressing.<BR/><BR/>-Roasted acorn squash with sage butter; and<BR/><BR/>-Green beans with shallots and orange zest.<BR/><BR/>Wines: <BR/><BR/>2005 Goblesburg Gobelsburger Riesling; <BR/><BR/>2005 Kistler Chardonnay; <BR/><BR/>2001 Ridge Litton Springs (a Zinfandel-based blend).
